Letting go and releasing my struggles, trials, and impossible situations to a Higher Power who I believe to be God has been one of the most transformative actions I have learned to take over and over again. The slogan goes, “let go and let God” and it sounds very simple, but to truly do this requires serious discipline, surrender, and faith.
